How long will it take for my order to be completed? TOP
Most orders are completed and shipped within 7 days. Beginning November 15th, that time may increase due to increased volume of orders. We recommend ordering early for the holidays.
How will my order be shipped? TOP
We will always try to ship your orders in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Small orders, such as key fobs or single headbands will be shipped by first class mail. Larger orders will most likely be sent by priority mail. We find that not only is it fast, but very economical.
What is your policy on returns? TOP
We really want you to be happy, but personalized items cannot be returned unless we make a mistake or an item is defective. Under those circumstances it will immediately be replaced. If, however, you give us an incorrect spelling, or decide you would prefer a different color fabric, the item will have to be re-purchased.
Will you make custom creations for my special event? TOP
Absolutely!! We will custom create t-shirts, sweatshirts, mug linings, koozies...just about anything for your event. We do these all the time for bridal shower weekends, family reunions, birthday parties and weddings. Please use the contact form to get the process started.
